Retailers are facing very different trading conditions post pandemic, and there is continuing uncertainty in the forecasts for the coming period. It is vital that retailers of all sizes should have a clear strategy of how they can adjust and plan for the new environment, ensuring they are aware of the key trends in innovation within the retail space. As such the Retail Management in a Post Pandemic Environment- Strategy and Innovation programme aims to provide retail owner managers with support to develop a strategy for the coming period.

Workshop 1 Monday 25th July (6:30-9pm)
- Getting started - Post Pandemic Retail. Review the retail landscape, and the emerging trends. This session gives lots of tips on how to future proof your business, as well as some great ways to improve your trading straight away. You'll also receive a unique health-check tool which will help ensure your physical store is in great commercial shape!
Retailer One to One’s: (26th July- 7th August)
Workshop 2: Monday 8th August (6:30-9pm)
- Next level Retail - High performance across your Channels The trainer will cover how to improve your eCommerce performance, and how to build a strategy for social commerce also. This session supports the business owner with driving high performance (both your own and your teams) and will help you build your quarterly plans for success.
